1999年3⽉30⽇，远在东莞⼯⼚打⼯做保安的⽗亲寄出了他最后⼀封家信；过了⼏天他意外去世了，这⼀年他36岁。记忆⾥，为了更好的在⼴东找到⼯作，他曾学习了粤语。 2020年，我即将跨⼊我的36岁，我带着⽗亲的这封信回到了他最后⽣活过的地⽅（东莞）。我将这封信的内容拆成了36段式，分别找了36位在东莞⼯作的保安教会我这36段粤语；最后我再将这封信⽤粤语完整的读了出来。 On March 30, 1999, my late father, who worked far from home as a factory security guard in Dongguan, had sent his very last letter to our family. He died accidentally a few days later. He was 36. From what I remember, he had learnt Cantonese, hoping to stand a chance of land- ing a job in Guangdong.   In 2020, I would be 36. Carrying my father’s last letter, I returned to where he lived before his death 
(Dongguan). I divided his message into 36 segments and invited 36 security guards who work in the city to teach me how to read them in Cantonese. Finally, I recited the whole letter in Cantonese.

2020年7⽉，厉槟源以⼯⼈的身份与南京的建筑施⼯队签订劳动合同，加⼊了当地的⼀家美术馆的前期建造过程当中，在200多⽶的⾼空中持续⼯作了2个⽉，与此同时，他将建筑⼯地作为开放式的场域，在⼯作之余独⾃进⾏戏剧化的表演。他每天都在⼯⼈和艺术家两个身份之间切换；“建造美术  馆”由12个章节组成，⽤电影化的叙事结构和⾏为表演塑造了“美术馆”空间是如何⼀步步构建⽽成的。

In July 2020, artist Li Binyuan signed a labor contract with a construction team in Nanjing, and joined the construction process of a local grand art museum. He continued to work at an altitude of more than 200 meters for two months until completion. At the same time, he took the construction site as an open field and performed dramatic performances alone after work. He switches between the two identities of construction worker and artist every day. Building a Museum consists of 12 chapters, which describes how the "Art Museum" is built step by step with cinematic narrative structure and behavioral performance.
